These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bak999 platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and all related services offered to players in Pakistan. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
All bak999 services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Creating an account or placing bets as a minor is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one active bak999 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. bak999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses without prior notice.
All bak999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Currency conversion is not applied to PKR accounts at any stage.
All bak999 promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards are subject to individual bonus terms including wagering requirements. Abuse of bonus systems — including multi-accounting to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension.
bak999 is required to verify player identities before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in funds being held pending verification.
bak999 prohibits match-fixing, use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit errors, collusion between players, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Violations result in immediate account closure.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by bak999 (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bak999 Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bak999 ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of bak999 following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
Important: bak999 services are intended solely for personal recreational use. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or reselling access to bak999 services, is strictly prohibited.
To be eligible to register and use the bak999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: bak999 enforces the 21+ age requirement through CNIC-based KYC verification. Providing false information about your age is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required.
bak999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 72 hours of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each player may register and maintain only one active bak999 account. Registration requires provision of accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number in +92 format, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bak999 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. bak999 will never ask you for your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified bak999 of a security breach in advance.
You must notify bak999 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, loss or theft of your device, or any other security compromise.
You may request closure of your bak999 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All deposits to bak999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and USDT (converted at prevailing rates). Minimum deposit amounts and method-specific processing times are published on the bak999 cashier page and are subject to change without notice.
bak999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on your deposit account must match the name on your verified bak999 account. Deposits from unverified sources may be reversed at bak999's discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. bak999 targets the following processing times for KYC-verified accounts:
Processing times are targets, not guarantees. During periods of high volume, system maintenance, or public holidays, processing times may be extended. bak999 will notify affected players via the email address registered on their account where possible.
bak999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for additional documentation beyond standard CNIC KYC. This may include source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Withholding a withdrawal pending verification does not constitute breach of these Terms by bak999.
Anti-Money Laundering: bak999 is obligated under its international gaming licence to report suspicious financial activity. Structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade reporting thresholds, or using bak999 as a pass-through for funds unrelated to gambling, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All bets placed on the bak999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, and event as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. bak999 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet that is placed on an event or market that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake.
Cricket betting on bak999 covers PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and selected domestic competitions. For matches shortened or abandoned due to weather, official DLS rules apply. Bets on suspended matches are voided unless a settlement can be determined from the available overs. bak999's cricket rules are published in full on the relevant sport section of the Platform.
All casino and slot games on bak999 are provided by third-party licensed software providers. The rules of each game are determined by the relevant game provider and are accessible within the game interface. bak999 does not alter game rules or outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, any affected round may be voided and stakes returned at bak999's discretion.
bak999 applies maximum single-bet winnings caps and daily withdrawal limits that are published on the cashier and sportsbook sections of the Platform. These limits are subject to change without notice. Any winnings that exceed applicable limits may be reduced to the applicable cap at bak999's discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bak999.
Any unauthorised use of bak999 intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, replication of game interfaces, or use of the bak999 brand in any third-party marketing — is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bak999 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including:
Nothing in these Terms limits bak999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
Platform Availability: bak999 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bak999 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance via the registered email address.
bak999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bak999 processes personal data for purposes including account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where applicable, regulatory reporting. bak999 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
bak999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by regulatory obligation or to address a security vulnerability.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at bak999.im/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bak999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your bak999 account, or use of the Platform shall first be referred to bak999's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a formal dispute, contact bak999 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and full details of your complaint. bak999 will acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute is not resolved through bak999's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by bak999's licensing authority. Details of this body are available on request from bak999 support.
